Flax Meal Porridge

2 tablespoon sesame seeds
4 tablespoon chia seeds
1 cup almond milk
3 tablespoon flax meal
1 teaspoon stevia
1 tablespoon butter
½ teaspoon vanilla extract


1. Preheat the air fryer to 375 F.

2. Put the sesame seeds, chia seeds, almond milk, flax meal, stevia, and butter in the air fryer basket tray.

3. Add the vanilla extract and cook the porridge for 8 minutes.

4. Stir the porridge carefully and leave it for 5 minutes to rest.

5. Transfer to serving bowls or ramekins.
