Keto Meat Bombs

Ingredients:

6 oz. ground chicken
6 oz. ground beef
6 oz. ground pork
2 oz chive stems
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon dried parsley
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon chili flakes
1 egg
1 tablespoon butter

Directions:

1. Put the ground chicken, ground beef, and ground pork in a mixing bowl.

2. Add the diced chives, minced garlic, dried parsley, salt, and chili flakes.

3. Crack the egg into the bowl with the ground meat.

4. Stir the meat mixture using your hands.

5. Melt butter and add it to the ground meat mixture.

6. Stir.

7. Leave the ground meat mixture for 5 minutes to rest.

8. Preheat the air fryer to 370 F.

9. Make small meatballs from the meat mixture and put them in the air fryer.

10. Cook the meatballs for 14 minutes.

11. Cool before serving.
