Onion Circles

2 white onions
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup coconut flour
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 egg
1/3 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup almond flour
1 tablespoon olive oil


1. Peel the onions and slice them roughly.

2. Separate the sliced onions into circles.

3. Crack the egg into a bowl and whisk.

4. Sprinkle the whisked egg with the paprika, salt, ground black pepper, and heavy cream.

5. Whisk well until combined.

6. Preheat the air fryer to 360 F.

7. Coat the onion rings in the almond flour.

8. Dip the onion circles in the whisked egg mixture.

9. Coat the onion circles in the coconut flour.

10. Grease the air fryer basket tray with the olive oil and place the onion circles inside.

11. Cook the onion circles for 8 minutes.
