Broccoli Fries With Spicy Dip

Ingredients:

¾ pound (340g) broccoli florets
½ teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Sea salt and ground black pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons sesame oil
4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, preferably freshly grated

Spicy Dip:
¼ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup Greek yogurt
¼ teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon keto hot sauce

Directions:

1. Start by preheating the Air Fryer to 400ºF (205ºC).

2. Blanch the broccoli in salted boiling water until al dente, for about 3 to 4 minutes. Drain well and transfer to the lightly greased Air Fryer basket.

3. Add the onion powder, garlic, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, sesame oil, and Parmesan cheese.

4. Cook for 6 minutes, tossing halfway through the cooking time.

5. Meanwhile, mix all of the spicy dip ingredients. Serve broccoli fries with chilled dipping sauce. Bon
